GammaTech U12Ci rugged convertible tablet with feature rich
GammaTech, well-known rugged computer maker, has recently announced a durable convertible tablet, the GammaTech U12Ci. Designed for works in all-weather, this laptop is meets U.S. military standard MIL-STD-810G that withstand drops from 1.2 meters height, and -20 to +50 degrees Celsius of operating temperature range. It is ideal for mobile power users on-the-go who looking for a feature rich but also durable and ultra-mobile computing device.
The GammaTech U12Ci has a transformable structure that allows swivel screen into a laptop or a tablet form. It has a 12.1-inch touchscreen TFT LED backlight display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
High-end model of the U12Ci is equipped with an Intel Core i7 3rd-generation processor, 16GB of RAM, and one 2.5-inch drive (either of SSD or HDD).
Other features are including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, card reader, fingerprint reader, one USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. Battery life per single charge can give power for up to 6 hours.
